1. Services We Provide
ITI Exam Updates offers Online Mock Exams, practice tests, result reports, and preparation tools
for ITI trainees. Premium features are accessed using Credits.
2. User Accounts
- Users must register using correct and valid details.
- Login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
- Any activity done through your account will be treated as your responsibility.
3. Credits & Exam Attempts
- Users can purchase Credits from the website.
- 1 Credit = 1 Exam Attempt (Single Use)
- A Credit is consumed as soon as the exam is started, even if:
- Internet disconnects
- Browser/device crashes
- User closes the exam window
- User does not finish the exam
- Credits are non-transferable and linked to a single user account.
- Once a Credit is used, it cannot be restored or reissued.
- All payments are handled through secure payment gateways.
4. Exam Rules
- Each exam has a time limit, number of questions, and scoring pattern.
- Users must ensure stable internet and a supported device before starting.
- Once an exam begins, the Credit will be deducted regardless of completion status.
5. Results & Performance Reports
- Scores are generated automatically based on submitted answers.
- No guarantee is given that performance here will result in success in NCVT or real Government exams.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Credits and mock exam purchases are digital services – they are non-refundable.
- No refund for:
- Unused Credits
- Internet or power failure
- Device problems
- User mistake while attempting exam
- If a server-side technical issue prevents the exam from starting, a replacement Credit may be provided.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Sharing login details or allowing others to use your account
- Copying or distributing exam questions, screenshots, or content
- Using scripts, bots, or hacking tools to manipulate exams
- Creating multiple fake accounts to misuse free or paid services
Violation of these rules will result in permanent account suspension without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All exam questions, results, analytics, and website content belong to ITI Exam Updates.
Any form of copying, recording, or publishing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Platform Availability
The platform may face downtime due to maintenance or hosting issues.
In such cases, no financial compensation or refund will be provided.
